III. Parameters Setting
3.1 Factory Parameters Setting
The parameters of FPSS7800 system have been calibrated according to the Product Availability State Agreement when the system leaves the factor and the specific calibrated data are put forward by the customer when purchasing the product. All parameters of the system can also be calibrated by PC software. It also supports remote data calibration.
Figure 3-1 Custom Parameters Import
Figure 3-2 Calibration Software Interface
3.2 Remote Parameters Setting
The FPSS7800 power service system provides remote parameters calibration services based on customer needs. After selecting a “remote debugging service application” next to the intelligent terminal, a strictly authorized service engineer can use cloud servers to calibrate the parameters of intelligent terminal that require services to help customers complete data changes and to meet customer requirements.
Note: Remote parameters debugging requires Yunmao in normal connectivity and intelligent terminal to allow remote debugging.
Figure 3-3 Remote Debugging Interface
3.3 Local Parameters Setting
FPSS7800 intelligent terminal can also support local parameters setting (our company advocates customization for customers, all parameters are calibrated before the product leaves the factory, we do not recommend that customers modify the parameters themselves). The specific step is to enter the parameters setting menu after entering the password (the password can be changed) at the intelligent terminal. In the setting menu, we can set and save the commonly used parameters (e.g. power, number of teeth, warming time, heat dissipation time, etc.).
IV. Structure and Size
The FPSS 7800 series intelligent terminal supports two different installation modes, one is machine borne and the other is embedded, in order to deal with different application scenarios.
