System Overview：
FPSS 4800 series intelligent terminal is suitable for standalone mode, commercial power AMF mode, which can serve the functions of the automatic
start and stop of the unit, data measurement,alarm protection and cloud services. Intelligent terminal has built-in electronic governor, electronic injection
ECU interface, emergency stop switch and key switch. It is also equipped with
car-grade professional wire harness, electronic sensor, embedded installation
seal ring and airborne installation and shock absorption installation platform. Each intelligent terminal is calibrated according to customer requirements when
leaving the factory, which is a personalized customized product in the true sense. （Special note: the function is not fully compatible with each controller which
should be selected according to the customer.）
Functional features：
1. It has the functions of electric parameter waveform display, starting times
and running time record, alarm list, parameter setting beside the machine, monitoring environmental temperature and atmospheric pressure, etc；
2. Cloud cat board, GSM antenna, GPS antenna, mobile APP, customized web
page；
3. The system is equipped with sensors that we independently developed, including electromagnetic speed sensors, Euro-III water temperature and
Euro-III oil pressure sensors, which are the main sensors used in major engine
plants in China. 4. The wiring harnesses configured by the system have been included in the
models of mainstream models at home and abroad. They are manufactured
according to vehicle class standards. The main line is made of closed bellows, the outlet is equipped with tees, and the back end is protected by glass wool, which can ensure the quality and achieve the neat and beautiful effect of the
unit. 5. It has the functions of one-key repair curve record, real-time monitoring, sheet of bench test report record, historical fault curve record, etc；
6. It has three working modes: single, mains and parallel, and has functions of
mains self-starting, ATS cabinet, parallel quantity monitoring, closing quantity
monitoring, on-line total active power and reactive power display, etc；
7. In the aspect of municipal power supply, it can monitor three-phase mains
voltage, single-phase mains current or mains leakage current, mains frequency, mains phase, mains power, power factors, mains unbalanced voltage, switching
closing and closing state；
8. In the aspect of municipal power supply, the action thresholds such as voltage
fault, short circuit fault, overload fault, frequency fault, phase fault, power
failure, voltage unbalance and pulse width of MCB can be set；3
9. In terms of generator, it can monitor three-phase generation voltage line
voltage, phase voltage, three-phase generation current, generation frequency, generation phase, three-phase power generation power active power, reactive
power, apparent power, three-phase power generation power factor, zero
sequence current, unbalanced current, unbalanced current, generator operation
state, switch on and off state；
10. In terms of generator, the action thresholds such as power generation phase
fault, short circuit fault, overload fault, current fault, unbalanced current fault, power factor fault, magnetic flux leakage fault and GCB closing output pulse
width can be set；
11. In terms of generator, it can monitor the speed, water temperature, oil
pressure, oil temperature, fuel level, water tank level, air filter status, charging
generator, two-channels battery voltage, charging current, starting state, running
state, EFI CAN communication, starting output, preheating output, cooling fan
output, oil supply output, high and low speed output；
12. In terms of engine, it can set the speed alarm threshold, sensor fault action, charger fault action, timing start / stop action, inter unit communication, synchronous action, reverse power protection action, switch on and off action, start time, preheating time, cooling fan output conditions, power on / power off
shutdown time, power on shutdown output；
13. It has three kinds of fuel system: mechanical control, electric control and
electronic injection；
14.Three channels of configurable digital Inputs, one channel of configurable
analogue Input, four channels of configurable digital outputs, one channel of
start current sensing, one channel of rack position sensing；
15. The features of cloud services are compatible, such as parallel function, display of historical records (running time, starting times, alarm list), running
condition statistics of web page, RS485 communication, two-channels CAN
communication and WiFi function；4
16. The system parameters can be calibrated according to customer requirements, or through the host computer software, and it supports remote data calibration
(cloud cat version).
17. Quality standard: the protection grade meets IP55, the ambient temperature
meets - 30 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and other performance indexes meet the national standard
of control of AC generator set driven by reciprocating internal combustion
engine.
